Would you ever be down for a BBQ while visiting Texas for MotoGP or F1?

It’s burger relish.

I don’t do motor racing but I’d be happy at the grill.

What is “burger relish”? It looks like a hybrid between bacon jam and BBQ sauce.

I think burger relish can vary quite a bit, it’s a sort of catchall for a burger condiment but generally tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli powder and or flakes, garlic, Salt and pepper, onions (sometimes chopped larger for a bit more crunch) also sometimes peppers added in small chunks.
I sometimes go for a chilli relish, but this one is more a smoother cool relish so it didn't over power the bacon or gouda cheese.

I’m going to look for some recipies and try to make some the next time I make burgers.
I use a wood pellet grill, so I think melting some gouda over some burgers, getting that smoky flavor, with that relish....
Okay, I’m drooling now. Sorry.

Cool. Small chopped peppers and onions add a bit of crunch and a little burst of sweetness.
Fine chopped chilli peppers work better than dried chilli flakes which can be over powering and sometimes get stuck in your teeth, ruining your drinks for ages afterwards.
If you go the way of a cool salsa, but with tomato puree to thicken it more. Seasoned to how you like it with salt, pepper, garlic and chilli.
